Hello Everyone! Guess what? It's Monday and we all know what that means in April....at least I know....it's time for Dancing With The Stars! Not a fan of the show? I am a huge fan and in honor of the show, I'm shopping my closet for a dress that looks like I could do some ballroom dancing. I think this one fits the bill!

I fell in love with this thrifted dress when I saw the beautiful royal blue color and the "twirly" style skirt. The neckline also has pretty blue "jewels" for added bling.

Don't know how much dancing I could actually do in these heels without falling flat on my face, but they sure look pretty!

If it's a chilly evening, this scarf with lavender and tan colors add some warmth and additional color. (Sorry my head is cut off, but I wanted you to see the scarf pattern up close).

If you watch Dancing With The Stars, have you picked a favorite dancer yet this season? I miss seeing Derek Hough dance. He's not performing this time around. Len Goodman is back as a judge, but Julianne Hough is not on the show this time, either. Of course, bad boy, Maksim Schmerkovsky, hasn't been on for a few seasons. His brother, Val, is dancing though.

Although I like to dance around my kitchen in private, when it comes to professional ballroom dancing I'm an armchair observer all the way! Guess that's where I'll be tonight at 8:00 p.m....in my armchair watching all the action. But hey, I can at least dream, right? (Dreaming is all I'll be doing by the way. Mr.thisandthat hates to dance!)

I'm gliding across the dance floor with the professional dancers....what? The judges gave us three tens? Yes!!!!! (Debbie, wake up, wake up, you're missing the show......)

ReplyDeleteI have never seen the show, but that is one gorgeous dress. I love dark blue anything!! Love the shoes and the wrap is perfect with it. I'll bet looking in the mirror made you want to take a spin around the dance floor! And afterward, put the heels back on😉!
