Casual Saturday Stylin' In Red!

I have not received compensation of any kind for the products mentioned in this post. All writing and opinions are my own.

Casual Valentine Style

It's happy Saturday everyone....and I'm keeping it casual. I love to relax on the weekend in comfortable clothing and in honor of upcoming Valentine's Day, I chose some of my favorite reds to style. Everything I'm styling today came from shopping my closet.

You've seen this shirt before, only previously worn under a sweater. Today, I'm wearing it over a sweater! The shirt is by Ex Officio and is a red/black plaid. The plaid is small and understated which I like. The red cowl neck sweater I'm wearing underneath was purchased mega years ago, I believe, at Sears. I decided to add some interest to the look with the red belt. It defines the waist and gives a dressier look.

The light grey jeans are Gloria Vanderbilt and are a Stein Mart purchase. These are very comfortable to wear and have a little bling on the back pockets. But, I figured you didn't want to see my fanny so no close up of the pockets!! The jean style is called "Amanda." See similar here. I don't believe these have the pocket bling.

Remember my Eric Sarto purse? It goes well with this outfit and adds another pop of red. If you missed my post about this great Goodwill purse find, you can read about it here

And you may remember these great booties by Report. Love them! Very stylish and comfortable. See the exact boots here via DSW.

Here's a closeup of the jeans, shirt and purse.

And of course I have to add a little bling, even if it is casual Saturday! How about some pink Paparazzi dangle earrings and a hinged gold bangle bracelet purchased on sale a few years ago from Chico's? I couldn't find the exact bracelet, but here is a similar hinged bangle style in aqua. The earrings are part of a necklace/earring set. Here is the necklace in purple. The earrings match. I bought my set in pink. Mine were not purchased online but from a Paparazzi party given by someone I know, so I cannot vouch for the online buying experience from this company or any of the other companies mentioned or linked to in this post.

So, that's it for my casual Saturday stylin' in red! How about you? Are you pulling out the red for Valentines Day yet? I find red to be an uplifting color. What's your favorite color to wear to put a spark in your day? I'd love to hear from you!

Until Next Time,
Debbie

Red is one of my happy colors, so I like this look. Just goes to show we can find fun combinations by being creative with what we already have. Love the booties!
